Rosa provided white glove service! I've been contacted by over 8 debt companies, I never felt like they had my best interests at heart. Very thorough, attentive and detailed. It was very important to me to not make a decision without feeling pressured or rushed! I felt heard!!! I felt guided to customize my plan to My Needs, stronger credit long term, while still getting me out of a vicious cycle && savings!! It's a win-win for me! Ultimately, this aided me with making this decision easier and knowing I did a good thing about my finances & finally put myself and needs FIRST! I am retired and I've paid enough! The payment is so affordable. I can finally take a breath and continue going but now financially healthy. Thank you all!

I will give Jacob Neil 5 Stars!
It is not easy to find the best solution to resolve debt situations. For a widow especially it is an overwhelming, nerve wrecking and exhausting task. Bryan Ocasio was extremely helpful!
Actually, after I had a chance to thoroughly read through the paperwork, I discovered I had been mislead and had to cancel the program. I was told that none of the accounts involved would be adverselfy affected --even after I clearly stated that one of them was through a customer of mine that I deal with at work. After reading through the documentation I discovered that the program would actually cut out about 50% of what I owe to them --and that would put my job in jeopardy. I was also told it wouldn't affect my credit score and I wouldn't get any mail/emails/phone calls about past due bills -- after reading the documentation I discovered that was a lie. So I had no choice but to decline participating in the program. I don't know why I was lied to/mislead...
