However, after taking full payment, they only delivered a Wise account and completely failed to provide the Stripe account as promised. Their communication is extremely unprofessional. After receiving payment: * They stopped answering my calls * They do not reply to messages * No proper support or follow-up is provided This is highly disappointing because setting up a business account is a critical part of running an online business, and they clearly failed to deliver what was agreed. Now I am stuck with only a Wise account, and no guidance from their side. This has caused me loss of time, money, and trust. My Advice: If you are considering Nexus Resolution for LLC formation or payment setup services, think twice. Based on my experience, I would strongly recommend avoiding them and choosing a more trustworthy and transparent service provider. Very poor service, false promises, and lack of customer support.
