Paid for LLC Formation — LLC Became Inactive and No Response for 20 Days** I paid Nexus Resolution for LLC formation services. My LLC was initially registered, but it later became inactive. I understand that a state payment was refunded, and I have been unable to get a clear explanation or resolution from the company. For approximately 20 days, I have tried contacting them by phone and message without receiving a response. This experience has seriously damaged my trust in the company. I am concerned about how my payment was handled and why the issue remains unresolved. I have reported the matter to the relevant authorities in Pakistan and am seeking a written explanation, proof of the filing and refund records, and a resolution. **Based on my experience, I cannot recommend this service unless the company improves its communication and resolves my case.**

Almost every day, I am told that the documents will be provided or that the account setup will be completed, but the promised actions are not actually followed through. Instead, I continue to receive excuses and have to keep following up myself. If there were going to be delays, I would have appreciated honest and realistic communication from the beginning. The problem is not simply that the process took longer than expected—the problem is that I was specifically told 1–2 weeks, and those commitments have not been honored. I paid for a service based on what I was promised, and I expected the company to follow through on those commitments. At this point, almost a month later, I am still waiting for basic items that I was told would already be completed. I strongly believe customers deserve clear communication, realistic timelines, and, most importantly, follow-through after payment is received. If the company cannot meet the promised timeline, it should communicate that honestly instead of repeatedly giving customers new promises that are not fulfilled. This has been a very frustrating and disappointing experience, especially considering the assurances I received before making the payment. I hope the company takes this feedback seriously and improves its communication, accountability, and ability to deliver what it promises to customers.

This guy is scammer, he deleted my comment, Don't get fooled by new rating, he scammed us last year after 3 months the LLC become inactive because he didn't renew his account with government as Registered Agent. After that he keep showing us FAKE hope that it will be active and scammed us for 160 USD. Because of him we lost 550 USD.
