Amazing experience so far and when I called to get some information and answers I just have to say the sweet lady that helped me on the phone went by the name of KIM did a incredibly outstanding job so helpful so kind in answering all my questions and of course repeating herself so much lol I felt bad she had to do that however she didn’t mind at all as I said awesome woman needs a raise for sure I only wish more people you talk to had her patients anyway great experience and a great company start your new lifestyle now don’t wait. It’s worth it

My experience with next medical has been very positive. I reached out today about getting a refill early due to supply issues of my medication and Rena responded immediately and helped me get my refill in promptly.

I messaged NextMedical very late at night, yet still received a very quick response. It was for a refill of medication. All was resolved quickly over just one email and a few text exchanges. The rep was great and Dr. Riley Greene took care of the refill promptly. Thank y'all!!!
