The speed in which I got my order was great. It just would be nice if they include the screws needed. While they are easy to pick up at any hardware store it's a bit of a extra hassle to have to go out an buy hardware separately just to use something I've ordered properly.

I like Rob and would deal with him again.

The buying process was effortless. Took a time for the order but not totally on NGM. Very happy with the commitment and communication.

My Oryx arrived as promised by UPS. Unfortunately, the tail light didn't work. Customer support was superb. They coached me through checking to see if the connector was in the right place and sent me a replacement tail light in case the original was defective. It wasn't. They coached me through taking off the top cover (the YouTube video was really helpful) and I was able to find the floating wire and connect it to the motherboard. I'm subtracting a half a star because I felt like that should have been caught when they changed out the motherboard. However, I thought the customer support was outstanding.

Kept me up to date on order delays. Unhappy with UPS delays. Initial delivery date was next day. Then changed to next week! EUC itself is excellent. Packaged well.

Ordered puc. Got puc

Everything was good. Satisfied with product but the suspension bolts seem to not be tight and the whole thing was moving on me. Have been receiving constant updates on how to fix and have good overall communication with the customer. It did take a long time for the Euc to come in but I don't believe that is the companies fault

The service was very good and the product was magnificent, but it took a while to ship. I'm grateful for the excellent charger they sent me.
