James and his team at NGM are great to work with. They are easy to reach when needed, especially by DM on Telegram. They are drop shippers, so it may take 6 - 8 weeks for a wheel to be delivered as compared to 3 - 5 days with dealers that carry inventoy. The difference is the sales price - NGM can save you several hundred dollars. Becaue they are drop shippers, warranty parts may take longer to arrive, so that is something to keep in mind. If you want a good price, and don't mind the wait - consider NGM when shopping for your next wheel.

Hey Mike, Thank you so much for your kind words. Our aim is always to deliver maximum value to our customers, no matter the circumstance. I wanted to clarify that although we do dropship certain items, we do not dropship high value products such as EUCs. We have all EUCs delivered to us prior to shipping out to our customers so a visual inspection can be done on all PEVs, in order to ensure that our customers receive exactly what they ordered.
