Absolutely flawless experience from start to finish. Shipping was surprisingly rapid. Less than seven days from order to my doorstep. Packaging was thorough and protective, received wheel hundred percent unscathed. I sometimes think the shipping is the real torture test. Outstanding and stellar job! thanks so much Rob and the crew.

Thank you wheel good time, we got one from you and one from ewheels in a different voltage range, we’re planning a Cross state trip of Florida November 8 and sure to make a video about that and include your name with Roger‘s charger in it. @ku4jb_euc FB & @ku4jb TikTok

Next Gen Mobility (Rob) kept me updated on the status of my wheel (Oryx) and was very helpful with any changes or questions I had. Next Gen Mobility took care of a known issue before I got my Oryx. I will definitely recommend anyone to purchase from Next Gen Mobility.
