After discovering a defect with my aero i contacted them about it and got a quick response as usual. After a few emails back and forth about the issue Rob immediately got the warranty replacement part sent out to me. Couldn't ask for better service

Ordered Grizzla Pads. Great they had them in stock and I didn’t have to wait the many weeks I usually have to.

Love the business is family owned and locally operated. This is the first e-bike I’ve purchased and it was hand delivered and assembled at no extra cost. Unfortunately we had some mechanical teething issues (no fault of theirs) however they were always quick to respond to trouble shooting emails and did two trips to the sunny coast to work through the bike’s issues and even threw in some bike extras for our troubles. Love the dirodi gen 6 and NG mobility crew Thank you and keep up the brilliant work

Nextgen Mobility was the best price available when I purchased, and they had all the latest wheels. I recommend Nextgen Mobility if you are looking to purchase an Electric Unicycle. Thank You Nextgen Mobility!
