Customer service is awful. Paused campaigns, site says error, I lose lead money, they do nothing. Bought leads that were already in our system. There are better Lead Generators out there.

I have built my insurance business on shared internet leads. The company I had used for a few years recently went out of business and I began getting leads from four companies, one of which is NextGen. I have not noticed any appreciable difference in the quality of leads from any of these companies (including NextGen) from that of my former lead supplier.

Tons of Bad, disconnected, and not working numbers that we pay for and high price too!!! I put 600.00 in one week and i would say 98% of them were Bad, disconnected, and not working numbers and out of 600.00 I got 60 dollars back that is Horrible... Then another 600.00 and its seems to be going the same way and that's with the "Premium" Add-on

Too many disconnected numbers, and even exclusive leads are sold to different agents over and over.

I have the leads to be over sold and not qualified. They also have a very strict returns program so you can return leads that are garbage. Your better off taking your money to Las Vegas!

Platform could be more user friendly. Bidding on leads is ridiculous. Leads seem to suck, but, all leads suck.

Not 1 lead that I could even get in touch with had interest in receiving a quote.
