Mixed results. Many of the leads have false information or the people say they didn't want any information. Have closed a sale and have 2 pending out of my first group of approximately 30 leads so I would say that is good enough for me to keep using.

I have paid a lot and I have not be able to close 1 police yet. I'll probably discontinue using you.

I have spent money in NEXTGEN and still have yet to close something. Granted I haven't used next gin very much so I do intend on continuing to do so but as of now I haven't seen any results from it

paying for "exclusive" leads that are already marked as dnc in our system, since they have been sold to my agency a few months prior. Calling "exclusive" leads that complain about bombardment, so how exclusive are they? This isn't one or two leads, this is a problem with most if not all of the leads purchased lately. A few years back, exclusive meant exclusive, but not anymore. Prices are up, productivity is down.

Problem is I cant compete with the large Bidding price my colleagues are using in Florida. I get all the leads nobody wants....bidding $30 for an exclusive lead is difficult and $25 for a shared lead just will not work as well.

I am a large lead purchaser under normal circumstances. The leads aren't great and there is no way to give proper feedback on bad leads and to return leads that are had. Would love better interaction with the sales force.

Having the opportunity to narrow down your potential leads to make sure they fit within your criteria is a great! On the other hand, the leads could go through some sort of verification before being dispersed as I've spent a decent amount just to have about 1/2 the leads I receive include bad contact information (disconnected numbers, false email addresses, etc) "Name: Too Bad Email: toobad-at-toobad.com Address: 123 Toobad lane"
