This is the last time I will try to buy leads from NextGen. 1. the leads are expensive 2. the leads are not good leads 3. the refunds on bad leads are only 12%. I have spent too much money on leads that were horrible.

I’m getting live transfer leads from people that don’t qualify to enroll in either Med Supps or Medicare Advantage because they either don’t qualify because of the enrollment date or because they just have have questions they don’t really want to enroll. The reps answering the phone should be able to explain the callers what Med Supps are and what Medicare Advantage is before they transfer a call and if they are under the open enrollment period or if they qualify for a Special Enrollment Period.

5 Stars for Technology. 4 Stars for Support 1 star for overall lead quality. The leads are pretty crappy, you'll likely have better results just calling people out of the phonebook, seriously. Wasted time, energy and money. It's hard enough being a life agent. This review is in support of my fellow agents who don't want to waste time and money. I can not recommend this service.

As far as lead sources the best I have experienced All leads have problems. Do not expect perfect. They will work with you.

Lots of wrong numbers and disconnected. There should be a filter to stop that, then you don’t credit for that specific lead?
