I'm sorry you had issues getting through to our office. We do NOT have a voice mail attendant and have our staff answering all calls during normal business hours. We also have live chat on our website with the staff available to communicate this way as well. My staff has reached out numerous times and has been unable to reach you to get corrected instructions from you to process your request.
