This is a horrible NON-user friendly emr with the worse customer service of any company I have ever seen. You will get no return phone call or answer just the bill is the only thing they are consistent with as far as any contact with the customer.

I’ve had a really frustrating experience with NextGen Healthcare. The system is slow, often glitches, and makes simple tasks take way longer than they should. Customer support is hard to reach and rarely provides helpful solutions. Definitely not what I expected from a healthcare software provider.

My Dr. Is using this platform for my medical records. When I get emails from it the embedded links are to a different domain. (Phishing alert) When I click on the links my browser throws an error and says they are insecure. When I go to the main website, I can not provide feedback. They ask me if I am a provider or a patient and if you say patient they won't talk to you. I am a very unhappy patient.
