Hi John - I firstly want to apologize for your recent experience with us. We fully understand how this is a large inconvenience and how frustrating it is to plan on your contacts arriving, to then finding they're delayed. While we always aim to ship all products with free overnight shipping, sometimes there are delays with UPS and USPS that are out of our control. We value you as a customer and absolutely want to make this right. Hi Denise, We truly apologize for any miscommunication or inconvenience. UPS does not deliver next day on the weekends, so orders placed and shipped on Friday are delivered on Monday. We are also very sorry about the damaged product - we pride ourselves on providing superior service and we clearly missed the mark. We want to make this right.
