The New York TimesReviews of newyorktimes.com

NEW YORK TIMES : This is a COMPLETE SCAM! New York Times should read "New York We Try To Take Your Money. I received ed an email from The Athletic. ( A sports publication). The Athletic is a subsidiary/Partner of New York Times. The email reminded me that my subscription is up for renewal. I have been trying for an hour or to cancel/cancel renewal of my subscription. It seems impossible. I telephoned and was put through to a rob to who eventually just cut the call. I am told my subscription No is 2998981xx and renewal is £59.99GBP. This is a TOTAL SCAM - You have been warned! There is nowhere on the account page to cancel and their website sends you round in circles. I will contact my bank and credit card to block this scam. I have screenshots of the email and account page proving the impossibility of cancelling/cancelling renewal. Graham Trembath

Never again. The only way I got out of this was to CANCEL my credit card. So sad 😞 I loved that publication.

Todays spelling bee word is not a scrabble word. Gosh, they are so obscure!

I’d give it a lower rating if I could. I can’t get the Mini Crossword even though others people I know can. I love Wordle and the timed Mini crossword.

They put the mini behind a paywall pricks

So the New York Times is so progressive and so left-wing, but they don’t even hire Americans to work at their call center. The Spanish speakers I have gotten don’t understand my accent and I don’t understand their accent.. It takes forever, It is a total joke..

Worst customer care ever, don't know what the assistants on the phone are there for. Get your act together, NYT!! This is just unacceptable.
