Having stayed many times in Hotels, our group of friends wanted something in NY that was more like a homestay to give us extra space to relax. I found NewYorkStay.com via the review sites and I'm so glad I did, as Chandra and the team were excellent from the first pre-booking enquiry, to the last day in NY. Customer service is second to none, there was always a very speedy response and the whole booking process was easy and backed up by equally friendly hosts. The loft style apartment (ref270) was in a great location and set up really well for the four of us, but would easily suit a family or two couples easily. Bedrooms at the back are quiet and with minimal noise from the busy street (Broadway) outside. The apartment is well furnished and supplied with everything we needed, although we ate out most meals!! I would be very happy to recommend NewYorkStay.com to anyone looking to have a better NY experience.

I wanted to leave a quick review regarding my recent trip with NewYorkStay, to say the least, they are probably the best travel accomodation service ever. They responded to all my questions extremely fast with exetremely helpful and professional responses. When we got there we met with the apartment keeper who showed us around and gave us a mini tour of the surrounding area, she was extremely friendly and told us all the local bars and restraunts and fun places for us to visit! It was amazing. The apartment was just lovely too, extremely well kept and clean and tidy. Highly recommended!

Just a quick message to say we had a ball staying in the property "3 Bedroom Loft in Downtown - Key 666" which we booked through yourselves. We booked with you guys after getting excellent customer service attention on your live ask question help desk which was fantastic and on the phone with your very friendly and talkative Chandra who talked us through the booking process while on the phone. On arrival, all went as planned, the host was wonderful and is such a cool guy, showed us the ropes and told us all about the local area and places to visit in Chinatown/Lower East Side and all around Allen Street and Forsyth Street where we were staying. The apartment (ID 666) on your site is simply perfect for a small group or a few couples like ourselves. Location is perfect, roof terrace had fantastic views but to cold at this time of year to really enjoy, but we got some excellent photos from it. Decor in the apartment was amazing, real own world charm (some folk may hate). Beds very comfortable and both bathroom modern and clean. All in all an excellent stay. We were extremely happy with our experience with New York Stay Apartments. Prior to the final reservation, Chandra was extremely helpful offering us a variety of options and doing a significant amount of research to find and recommend the right apartment for us. In the end, we booked a charming and interesting apartment in the Lower East Side in easy walking distance to subways, Orchard Street, Chinatown, Little Italy and a huge range of restaurants, bars, cafes, and other places of interest. Everything worked perfectly for us! The owner of the apartment was a great host. The arrival process went without a hitch. We were met by Marlon who let us in and gave us the run-down on the apartment. The apartment was perfect. We really enjoyed the unique and interesting decor. We were completely comfortable there and have no complaints whatsoever. We had a couple of issues with the internet but the owner responded promptly to our emails and did everything he could to resolve the problems. It turned out to be a perfect place to stay in New York where we could celebrate our daughter’s 30th birthday. She and her two friends who stayed with us absolutely loved the apartment. They all loved the location location too. We were delighted with everything. The service offered by New York Stays was just fantastic. Next time we come to New York, they will be the first people we contact to arrange accommodation.

There was a great level of communication between me, my partner and the guys who helped us at NewYorkStay to ensure we had the best possible experience ever. It was extremely pleasant and the whole process was easy.There was no problems checking in and me and my partner stayed for 4 days. The apartment was lovely and even though I would of liked a bigger kitchen everything else was great. I had great comfort when I slept in the bedroom and there was plenty of comfortable and luxurious furniture to use and relax on, everything was clean and there was plenty of space apart from the kitchen which was just a tiny bit smaller than I expected but even so it was great! Also a very lovely area of new york. I'll use again.

NewYorkStay.com is an extremely effective way of booking an apartment for a trip, the site is well laid out and easy to navigate through to choose the variables for our apartment. I'm extremely pleased with the service I was offered and I thought it was extremely professional! Everything worked out well and I would definitely use them in the near future for the next time I need an apartment to stay at in New York. I stayed there for an extended weekend and I just loved the apartment, it was so clean and fresh and it even smelled great. I've recommended this to a few of my business colleagues too.

Booking from Overseas can be a little nervy but NewYorkStay were fantastic with wonderful communication between them, the owner and myself. The place we stayed was amazing and we will definitely be staying there again when we come back in the near future. This is a brilliant service and easy to search for many different properties in New York City. I would highly recommend this company.
