It has been over a month and I have not received my certificate. I am currently paying higher insurance rates for no reason.

I'm not able to get in to take the…
I'm not able to get in to take the course. My password expired but they won't send the link so that I can reset it. I've sent four different emails so I would like a complete refund

Did you give me my refund? I couldn't use your Defensive Driving course because you needed special microphones on your computer which I don't have
