New World DiamondsReviews of newworlddiamonds.com

I am extremely pleased with the 1.50 ct Diamond I purchased. The shipping was fast. I immediately had my jeweler inspect it and all the information disclosed on the website and Certificate matched the diamond I had received. My jeweler even acknowledged that I got a great price! Thank you New World Diamonds!!!

Exceptional customer service. I order a pair of lab grown diamond studs, two months later realized I needed a different backing. They worked with me to custom-order a new backing, exchange the studs at no shipping cost, and send back a new pair at no shipping cost. Was able to talk to a helpful, US-based live person every time. I would buy from them again based on this experience.

Awesome communications process- I was so stress about the ring- But they were so kind and understanding to me!

As a former jewelry salesperson, I am a bit of a diamond nerd. I can differentiate between CZ, diamond, and moissanite at a glance, but diamonds and ethical concerns around mining practices have put me off on them for many years. I was delighted by how stunning my three stone bezel diamond ring from New World Diamonds is. It was a bit of a risk for me but I’m very impressed by the quality of this piece.

Never having bought lab grown diamonds before I was a little hesitant. New World definitely had the best prices from all my research. I bought the 10 carat tennis bracelet, and immediately brought it to my local jeweler. He did 2 types of tests on it and said "yes, they are definitely diamonds". The bracelet is lovely and I will definitely be shopping from this merchant again.

excellent customer service!

Beautiful ring that exceeded my expectations.

NWD is excellent in every way. The products and services speak for themselves. Tina and the team are a pleasure to work with. Will be returning to NWD for all my fine jewelry needs.
