The ring looks incredible. Thank you so much my future fiancée is going to love it! The only reason I had to give to a 4 was the customer service while polite wasn’t consistent in email reminders. I was informed when I purchased the ring that I would receive emails stating when the ring was ready and when it would be be shipping out. I emailed support and they informed me that the ring would be ready to depart on a Wednesday and that I will receive tracking information as well. Come Friday I hadn’t seen anything so I emailed again and they let me know that the ring was in transit and that they forgot to send me the email with tracking info. The wait time for the ring is more like a 4 to 5 week process which I can understand by looking at how beautiful the ring I received is. Thanks again for the ring and there’s definitely a chance I may do business here again.

Absolutely the best!!! If you know what you are looking for, and the web site is amazing!!! The costumer support was beyond fantastic! The product is amazing as well!! Words of advice check your bank account settings before you buy..some banks have a debit limit. However, it was a easy thing to fix. The shipping is excellent too...about a week and a half from the transaction clearing. (Standard UPS)((free)). I will order from this company again..and I appreciated the hand written “thank you note” definitely worth every penny and most importantly my beautiful love absolutely loved it!!!!

We ordered my engagement ring from here. We had been engaged a while but I hadn’t found anything I liked. I fell in love with a simple but classy twisted vine/split shank setting with a halo (1/10 ct) under the setting (prongs). I picked a .92 carat, I colored, VS2, excellent/ideal cut diamond. I would say that the diamond is closer to a J color but I expected that with the IGI certification and knew that is what I would likely be getting. However the cut is as described. It shines even in low light. Shipping was fast enough, about a week and half. The ring is beautiful and was priced somewhere I felt comfortable having someone else pay for. Natural diamonds are just too expensive to justify and this is the same. It is a diamond! We had a hang up with the bank and the payment going through, but customer service was top-notch and got everything worked out within a half hour. Very polite and helpful. Will order from here again for sure.
