I purchased a necklace last year, and the clasp broke. I contacted New World Diamonds and they were very professional and most importantly, they were able to fix the clasp.

The bracelet was very nice but I had to return it. The latching mechanism, while very secure, is impossible to work one-handed. The mechanism is so stiff that I recruited a friend to help me put the bracelet on and she had difficulty getting it fully engaged. I would give the bracelet another try if they changed the latching mechanism to a more conventional one, similar to the mechanisms on the other tennis style bracelets I have. I will say that the customer support was exemplary every step of the way.
