This is a total scam. Ordered tickets in April have been in contact with the company several times being told my tickets would be here in a week 2 weeks 2 days. Finally called the airline company to find I didn't even have tickets. Then I get an email from them today stating after numerous calls and attempts to reach you and not doing so we are canceling your tickets.Total scam stay away!

Its a shame I'm not able to give zero stars because that is what they deserve. Worst experience ever i booked with them and the flight changed without them notifying me. Then after confronting them about it the customer service that was received was beyond disgraceful. I had one of them hanging up the phone in my ears others had me waiting for hours on hold. I had to use my friends phones to call because they would not respond to my number afterwards. Absolutely overall a horrible company to use i do not recommend them at all...... Stay away from them!!! I have missed my flight my and business meeting....in deep 🤬 because of them and now have to buy another ticket 😡 And i am still on hold!!!! 😡😡😡😡😡

Now October 6. Still no refund. Went bank could help me. After 60 days bank won’t give a put claim. I called trip visor they told go bank. Bank can’t help me. So when newtraveltrip give my refund. This very sad. No ticket no refund They should be ashamed being business. I have all the proof.

Stay away unless you want to throw your money away! Purchased two tickets in July for Sept. flights, never received tickets - multiple calls each time told a different story about when I would get my confirmation number - 1st 2 hours, then 4-8 hours then 24 hours then 48 hours, constantly getting hung up on - I had to but other tickets 2 days prior to my trip - which cost way more - am trying to get my refund - 3 emails to the company all responses are canned responses, at least 10 calls - and nothing - on hold forever then the phone hangs up. When I did speak with an agent he stated the reason for the delay is because of COVID - Give me a break - COVID did not impact them taking my money in July! It is now October and still no refund!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

If don't want to be scammed get your tickets somewhere else. these people take your money

I booked a ticket through this company for an American Airlines flight for October in June and never received my E-ticket. I called on numerous occasions and was told to wait one to two hours. When I called back they said wait it should be in my email in 24 hours. I never received it. Then I called again and they said they "Airline" was taking longer than usual. They canceled my ticket and hopefully I will get the refund as they said in 5 to 6 days. We will see! Not happy I had to rebook a flight at short notice which cost me more money and my flight funds on another carrier. Do not use this site to book travel!

I have been waiting five months for a refund. Ticket FSON 878588 Not one person has given me a straight answer. The same response. Your refund will be issued in five to ten business days. Still waiting!!!!!

If it was an option, I wouldn’t even select a star! If it were possible they’d get negative five stars! I have been requesting a refund for MONTHS, I mean literally months!!!! The process was started March 26th and here it is today, September 8th and still no refund. I have emailed several times. I have called even more times, like 25 times and each time I’m told something totally different! I’ve been told I need to email other addresses with no response! I would NEVER EVER recommend them! Save yourself the hassle and just look for the next business who actually cares about customers!
