This was one of the worst experiences purchasing online I have ever had. I ordered a bodysuit to wear at my daughter's upcoming wedding. While I understood the shipping issues, I found another product within days of placing the order. Since I saw the order had not been processed, I asked to cancel the order. I was told they only cancel orders within six hours of placing the order. I had not received any communication from the company and was told it was on its way to me. Three weeks later I still had not received the product! I had also not received any communication with a tracking number or status of the shipment. Over the next 30 days, I had emails back and forth. They claimed it was delivered. I never received my product. I kept getting the same canned answers. What a waste of money. DON'T BUY FROM THEM!
