Judging from reviews I've heard from other people, the treatment I received from the Newton Group was very satisfactory. The initial meeting gave a full explanation of the process. All associates I encountered, barring none, acted in a friendly and professional manner. I was always contacted and informed in an appropriate and timely manner. The only drawback I encountered was the time element involved. I was told it would take anywhere from 1 to 11/2 years. It ended up taking 21/2 years. The reason given to me was that my unit was in Cabo San Lucas Mexico and that the fact it was in a foreign country made it more complicated.(not a big problem now)

The Newton Group did everthing that was discussed, helped with coming up with the documentation that was needed, and got rid of my 2 timeshares in a reasonable time - ~ 3 months. Would have given them 5 stars except for the cost of the service - which for some people would consider expensive - ~$4K per timeshare - BUT - they did legaly get rid of my timeshares

Newton Group WILL get rid of your time share. It may take awhile and it won't be cheap. But they came through for us, which is an enormous relief. We had a complicated ownership situation and they figured it out and solved it. Sometimes the communication was a bit spotty. Our representative changed a few times, but I can't argue with the results. I would recommend them.

The most difficult issue was getting in contact with people in a timely manner. I would repeatedly leave voicemail messages, send emails, and would have to repeat the process several times just to get thru to a live voice. Every time Newton Group would attempt to contact me I would promptly try to get back in touch, then try again and again. That was the most frustrating issue...

The Newton Group did what they said they would do and got me out of my timeshare. There were a number of personnel changes during the process and it wasn't always clear who our representative was. The process took a little bit more time than I had anticipated but I would not hesitate to recommend Newton.

The timeshare experience was good for our family for about 10 years; then we realized we were no longer using it very much and the maintenance fees kept increasing every year. The resort company won't "buy" back the timeshare, so we had to look elsewhere. Newton Group had good reviews so we contacted them. They were very straightforward and kept in contact throughout the process. The actual process from start to finish took a lot longer than expected. There was a lot of paperwork (a lot of it had to be notarized with 2 witnesses) and the cost was higher than expected; but it is worth it to no longer have maintenance fees for the rest of our lives, and our kids won't have to inherit and worry about them when we are gone.

I was looking for a company to transfer the ownership of my vacation property. I chose the Newton Group Transfer because of their high ratings n in their website. My husband and I had a good meeting with the sales man at the beginning and he went very careful with the process on how to make this transfers. Once the process started it took a little bit longer than I was expecting, the communication was every three or four weeks, and sometimes the communication was the same, no changes, and that made me a little bit nervous. The whole process took about eight months, but the end result was that we no longer had ownership of the timeshare. That was very satisfactory. I would have given them a five if it hadn’t been for the process taking longer than I thought. I would certainly recommend Newton Group Transfer for doing what they claim they do.
