Overall good experience, took 2 years to get timeshare dropped. Newton staff was very supportive, seemed to be a lot of turnover in handling of our account but we always got answers to questions or concerns.

We were pleased with the Newton Group Transfers process in that it was presented fairly and accurately. We new we had made a mistake by owning a time share and the fact that the maintenance bills would be passed on to our children with our estate. We talked with several different companies that claimed to be able to sell our time share (for a price) but the Newton Group outlined exactly what would happen. It is a bit costly, but they got the job done and we are free of the timeshare with the court documents to prove it. All of the representatives of the Newton Group that spoke with us were friendly and professional. We would recommend the Newton Group.

The Newton group was very honest and upfront with all details. I was disappointedl that I did not make any money from my timeshare but it was well worth the money to get rid of it and all HOA fees. The Newton group was informative and supportive .

When someone would call and leave a message and you returned he call, no one was ever in the office so you had to leave a message. Always someone different called. You never had communication with the same person twice. However, they did sell our timeshare so that's the most important thing.

They delivered what they promised. The whole process was as explained and it went smoothly.

The cost of the service was high but the Newton group delivered what they said they would . We no longer have to pay maintenance fees on hard to trade properties. good deal!

They answered all my questions in a timely manner. Always received a response if I called or emailed them.

I'm believing this is the end of our "membership" with the time share we had for many years including the many "dollars" we had spent on maintenance fees! We appreciate the time and assistance provided by the Newton Group.
