It took a little longer than I thought it would but I was very satisfied with the results. They were very good at staying in touch with us and we are very happy to be out of our contract.

This company & its employees went way above the required response. They kept me up to date & informed me of any delays & why they occurred, I didn't have to bug them for information. Everyone was always helpful & pleasant. I actually felt they listened to what I had to say or ask. None of this 'I'll call back tomorrow' & a week goes by with no response! It was a pleasure working with them.

First, I will say I was out of my timeshare in less than 60 days. It was not cheap, but it was fairly easy and fast (there was some work on my part after signing up). I do not know if mine was less complicated than other resorts, but It is over. Now for more details - I originally talked to another company about getting out of my timeshare, but something instinctually made me uncomfortable and then I procrastinated for nearly a year. I called that company back and was even more uncomfortable. I looked at reviews and the only good reviews were on the company's own website. Yelp, BBB and others had NOTHING good to say, which really solidified my instinctual uncomfortableness. So, I did more searching and found Newton Group. They had awesome outside reviews. When I made the first telephone call the person I spoke to (Edna) was "real" and not at all phony. I can't explain how I could tell by a phone call that Edna was sincere and not trying to scare me, scam me or sell me my freedom. In retrospect, I realized the other company I initially considered using was just as phony as the resort that sold me a timeshare in the first place. Everyone in the process was responsive and sincere. Once I was in the process, Gaby was my point of contact and she was terrific. She initiated calls to me when needed and she returned calls when I called her. Yes there is work you need to do - have ALL of your resort information and documents. Be prepared to have things notarized. After my initial payment to NG there was more money, which I anticipated. The more money was not to NG though - it was to my resort allegedly as paying it forward for future fees for the next person who buys a timeshare from them. So, in conclusion, be willing to pay and do a little work and you too can be free! It was worth the money. I tried to tell myself the money I paid now is money I will never have to pay again.

Time frame! It took a while to get the paperwork completed and notarized but once completed everything went well and on schedule to the time frame Newton Group has said it would take.

Great to be free of the timeshare. Though it took us awhile to finish due to complications, they stuck it out and answered my questions and guided me through the process. is good to be free of the time share now.

Super professional and kept us informed every step of the situation . We were not happy with paying the amount we did, however to get out of the timeshare seemed impossible on our own. The situation really was upsetting to think our children would have this debt they didn’t want at all. In conclusion, we feel such a great sense of relief to rid ourselves of “this burden” . The experience was good. The staff kept us informed on a regular basis. Sabrina and Rosy returned phone calls immediately and answered questions that we were unsure of. The staff dealt with the company, lawyers and others so we did not have to discuss anything with them. The Corporation send several things with errors in them, called Sabrina and she was able to get them straightened out immediately. Excellent job by Newton Group. By the end of the process felt like I had a caring friend with these two women. Thank you for your work. The only negative was the cost of the process. It was very expensive to get out of something we enjoyed but could no longer afford the rising yearly cost. Thank you. I feel like a burden has been lifted off us and our children who were not interested in adding this to their already tight budget.
