While our transfer took a long time to finally resolve (successfully!), Newton Group was very diligent in their followup and keeping us informed of the process.

Honest conversation about what was involved in getting out timeshare dissolved. Frequent phone calls informing of progress and time involved before it should be completed. Follow-up and complete instruction about anything we didn't understand. Took about six months from start to finish. The dumbest investment we ever made and even though we lost money we never have to worry about future fees

I was very concerned that I was just going to spend more good money on a rip off that would not end up well for me. I am very happy that they were able to cancel my timeshare in the time frame they said for the price they agreed to. No extras. I only regret I didn't find them years ago.
