Very pleased with Newton Group. Being unhappy with our timeshare and having tried in the past with several scam artists who promised to help and took our money, never to be heard from again, we trusted Newton and after only a few months they got rid of our timeshare for us. Cost a little but well worth getting rid of the maintenance fee we would have paid in only a few years. Thanks to Newton for their help.

I have to admit that when we went to the seminar on getting out of the time share that we were so blatantly lied to about. We had paid right out for the time share about ten years ago (more or less), and NEVER used it due to health and family reasons. We were promised that if we did not use it we would not have to pay maintenance fees LIE. And they kept going up on the fees and charging "extra" fees at will. When we decided to retain the Newton Group, we were really not expecting much. HOWEVER, they kept us informed, even when they had nothing to tell us except that they had not forgotten us. When they would present to us whatever the time share had to say, they would always present what they thought was the best way to go and then listened to what I had to say about it. If I did not like it, they would say ok and that they would present it back to the time share. I felt that they did fight for us and we did eventually have to pay a small fee to the time share, but we are out of it and my children do not have to put up with this mess when we pass away. Everyone was so informative and kind and polite. They made me feel that I was important to them and that they understood what I was feeling about the whole situation. When I needed to ask a question, they were always there and willing to help get me the answers I needed. Definitely I would refer Newton to anyone in need of this service.
