Newton GroupReviews of newtongrouptransfers.com

We were very pleased to have worked with the Newton Group. Everything they said they would do, they did for us. I would highly recommend their services to anyone who is looking for help getting out of their timeshare.

Want to get out from under an oppressive or otherwise burdensome timeshare? Let the Newton Group do the work for you. The job will be done completely from start to end. You sit back, communicating along the way and be assured it will be done. Know that the timeline may be longer than anticipated depending on the individual resort contract, but it does get done and you will receive all the paperwork denoting job completion. Thanks Newton Group!

The Newton Group knows the ins and outs of dissolving timeshare ownership and related maintenance fees. Newton did a pretty good job of updating the progress of the process, I just hoped it would have been a faster. I understand that it is not within their control as it moved though the court system, but we didn't think it would take as long. Overall we are satisfied with the resolution of our timeshare ownership.

We had made an ill advised "investment" in a time share under Holiday Inn Vacation Club. We tried to sell it and rent it. Nothing worked. Finally in 2019 when I googled exit strategies, I found out about Newton Group. What they reported on line appeared true and spoke to our situation. I realized the deceptions we had signed up under the time share resort. We felt it imperative to act so that the annual drain in taxes and maintenance fees would end and our heirs would not be saddled with this contract. When we oriented under Newton Group's program, we opted to trust them, and they delivered. We had our papers in order, had no mortgage, and were current in our account, so no attorney was needed. The price seemed steep, especially for no attorney; but once the papers were handed over to them, we were kept informed, and despite the challenge of the Covid pandemic, we received our release in about 8 months. I would not hesitate to use the Newton Group again and I would recommend them to others for extraction from this type of contract.

Even though the process was longer than expected, the results were what they promised to deliver. I was always notified as to where they were in the process and any questions I had were always answered. I highly recommend The Newton Group for anyone wanting to get rid of their timeshare.

Great group to work with. Would highly recommend to anyone needing to get rid of a timeshare.

When you calculate how much it has and will continue costing you to KEEP your timeshare, you'll discover their price is worth it. The first contact makes it very clear what all costs up front are and what any new ones could be. You can tell right away you are dealing with professionals. Newton makes it easy to upload all the documents they need and they stay in touch with you throughout the process. My only complaints were: 1) we were told our assigned attorney would contact us and advise us if we should make our next maintenance payment to time share or not. That never happened and cause a little anxiety 2) when it seems to be taking so long, the agents who regularly call and touch base are unable to give you any clue as to what is taking so long. What we didn't know is we need only ask to speak with the assigned attorney. Then the agent sets up a phone appointment which was always 2 weeks away. But the attorney was pretty good about keeping that appointment. Sometimes it was rescheduled. I wish someone would have told us we could request a session with the attorney at any time. We were curious if this request would cost us more money, but it did not. Our process took just a little under 12 months so be ready for that. We are very glad we went with Newton . They are professional and there are so many scams out there to avoid.

4 stars only because it was a long expensive process. but we no longer have a time share! yah! what we will save in maintenance fees is priceless! (for a place that never could accommodate our needs) Newton Group did a good job and did keep us in the loop, took our calls and got it done. We worried it was a scam right up til it was done, but we are free of the time share.
