Everything was completed as we were told.We were kept informed of everything as it went along.In all a good experience.We though the price was a little high.

My mother who is now 96 had a timeshare that no one used for years. The maintenance fees kept going up no one wanted it and she wanted to get rid of it now instead of it being a burden later. She received a letter from the Newton Group and I began researching them. As you know there are a lot of scams out there! The Newton Group's high rating and success made us decide to give them a call. They were very professional an up front about fees and the process. After completing lots of paperwork and sending all the information they required it took 11 months to complete. We got a little impatient but knew up front that the process could take this long with all the legal work etc. Communication was key. We missed calls from each other but got the answers to questions on a timely basis. Everyone I talked to was friendly, helpful and guided me when we hit a small bump which they took care of for me! That was a relief. So glad this is finished. My mom is also glad not to have this hanging over us. If you have a timeshare you have been trying to get rid of please give the Newton Group a chance. Finally free from Blue Green property. Newton did what they said. A few bumps in the road and took 2 years but they took care of annual fees and lawyer fees. Difficult to contact them on occasion, but they continued to work the issues successfully. Would recommend to anyone, but must have patience in the process!

We owned two timeshares and the Newton Group successfully got us out of both. The cost to do so was a bit steep in my opinion but it is often said "you get what you pay for" so now that it is over I feel it was well worth the money. The only issue I feel was somewhat deceptive was that of choosing between utilizing an assigned attorney to represent us or, using the "in-house" method in which Newton does all the work internally through their contacts with the resorts. It is an "either/or" type proposition and you are not given the chance to discuss the matter with the attorney before making the decision. I feel that should be an option before electing to take the "in-house" path. That may be a small part of the total process but having the option of discussing your case with an attorney first would help a customer to make a more "informed" decision on which path to take. However, all in all they did a great job, kept us informed along the way on the progress of the case and were always available to answer any questions we had. Good job Newton.
