We're very happy with the Newton Group. They kept us informed as to what was happening through the transfer process. Everything went smoothly and we are happy now that we no longer own our timeshare. The only downside to the process was the length of time it took, approximately 14 mos. Other than that we are happy with the way the Newton Group handled our timeshare transfer.

The process took forever but it is finally done....

The level of service was excellent! They clearly explained the process and everything they said they will do, they did. They told us up front that the timeshare company we used will take longer than others to get our cancellation processed. They were notorious for being difficult. I really liked that the Newton Group communicated with us regular about the progress. That made us feel very confident we had the right company involved. You will not go wrong with them.

It took longer then I was told it would. All and all I'm very happy it finally came to an end!! It's such a relief. Thank you Newton Group

I made the terrible mistake into getting a timeshare. I received a letter from the Newton Group asking if I wanted help “exiting” my timeshare. I called and was scheduled an appointment for a seminar. Before the seminar I researched them to see if it was a legitimate company. At the end of the seminar I signed a contract with them on 6/3/2019 and received an email from them the next day on what paperwork they needed. I submitted everything and started receiving phone calls once a month. If I had a question in between they would call me right away. On 10/2/2020, I received a letter from my timeshare that my contract with them has been closed. I am happy and relieved with the whole situation. I would recommend them.

The handling of this timeshare exit went pretty much as described in the presentation I went to in June 2019. By the middle of September, everything requested was received by the Newton Group and sent to the closing company. That is when progress got bogged down (as advertised in the presentation) where the presenter said that the timeshare probably would take a long time returning their OK to cancel the timeshare. They, in fact, took 6 months and during that time, everyone was at their mercy. At that time, COVID-19 became a household term, and it is what I believe extended the closing out to another 6 months. But last week we received the long anticipated phone call stating that the timeshare was cancelled. We are very happy that day has finally come and appreciate all the efforts that have been made on our behalf. I will not hesitate to recommend Newton Group if I meet someone who is in our now past situation.

The Newton Group was easy to work with. All the participants from Newton Group were helpful in explaining what was needed to achieve our goal of leaving our Time Share. We were able to contact the Newton Group with questions and situation status, and everyone was very personable. However, we were not prepared for the lengthy delay in getting results. The suggested time for this to be accomplished was suggested as 5 months, but it took more than a year for our situation to be resolved.

Newton group was very honest and upfront. They always as answered our questions and got us out of our timeshare as promised.
