We contacted Newton Group to help us exit our timeshare, and we are so glad we did! They were very responsive, professional, and courteous throughout the process. We could not be more pleased with the excellent service and result. They have lifted a tremendous burden from our shoulders!

I had tried several times to dispose of my time share and, twice I lost money paying for work that was never done. The Newton Group did what they promised, even tho I was initially fearful I had been taken yet again. This did not happen! They processed my claim and finally got us out of a very frustrating situation. Thank you, Newton Group!

We were scammed big time into a perpetuity vacation club contract in 2016. We trusted the sales agent, but we didn't read the fine print to see it was a perpetuity contract - bad mistake on our part.. We learned to never trust these vacation club and timeshare scammers!! We contacted several good timeshare exit companies and they said they didn't do vacation club contracts. We then contacted the Newton Group in early June 2020, and they said they did work vacation club exits. They were exceptionally professional from the very start. We listened to an excellent Webinar that explained the Newton Group followed by a personal phone call from an agent that talked to us about our specific situation. They emailed us the contract paperwork that day which we executed and they were off and running. They kept us informed every step of the way. In early October 2020 we received a call from Newton Group that our exit from the vacation club was complete!!! To us, this was record time. We had been down this road once before to exit a timeshare condo that we had for years and was no longer working for us. The exit company that did this was highly recommended. They did finally get us out of that contract but it took over a year and they were not good about keeping us informed during the exit process. We highly recommend the Newton Group!!!!!! They are true professionals in very way!!!

We started our cancellation/transfer process in April 2020. Then in October 2020, approximately six months later, we received written confirmation that our timeshare had been cancelled and transferred back to Diamond Resort. During this process, Glenn Herman, Holy Ostertag, Rosie Montoya, and Sabrina Sypek were always helpful, responsive, and professional. Sabrina Sypek was our primary point of contact and always provided monthly status on the transfer and where in process it stood. Sabrina responded and answered any questions we had within 24 hours via email or phone. We are very satisfied with the experience we had with the Newton Group and our Transfer team. We would highly recommend the Newton Group Transfers to anyone who wants to cancel/transfer out of their timeshare.

We met with the Newton Group and decided to let them help us get out of our timeshare. They were very honest and truthful with us about everything. It took 9 months to finalize our transaction, but it is finished. We are indeed grateful to the Newton Group for their help. They were in constant touch with us to let us know things were progressing. Covid may have caused some delays.

We first contacted Newton Group by phone for assistance (with exiting from Thousand Trails membership) on January 23, 2020, after numerous previous attempts to do so by direct negotiation with the parent company had failed. Newton's response was courteous and prompt. A representative provided by email a link to a downloadable and informative document (the "Consumer's Guide to Timeshare Exit") which we read. Encouraged by what we read, we called back the same day, to see how long it would take to schedule a viewing of the informational presentation on the same subject (specific to how the Newton Group can help), that had been mentioned in the email. To our surprise and pleasure, we were able to view this only two days later. Between the document and the presentation, my wife and I had enough information to "take the risk", decided to proceed, and informed the Newton Group by phone. We were assigned to a specific representative. Subsequent steps then proceeded essentially as rapidly as I (Thomas) could assemble and send back to Newton, the various documents filled out as requested, and notarized when that was necessary, and proofs of ownership, etc., that the Newton representative(s) asked us to provide; whenever particular forms were required, these were emailed to us as attachments promptly. (We have access to an office quality laser printer and so could print them out ourselves; but I have no doubt that if this had not been the case, Newton would have mailed them to us in a timely manner.). In this manner, we were able to provide the Newton Group with everything they needed within one week. Then we settled back to wait. The entire process, from beginning to end, took approximately three months (Jan 23 to Apr 20, 2020), most of which time was spent waiting for the timeshare company to respond to negotiations. Finally on Apr 20, 2020, we received a confirmation letter from Newton Group Transfers (which they had drafted and mailed on April 17, 2020) informing us that as of 3/31/20 we were no longer owners of the Timeshare. We have kept copies of all documents, emails, and so forth that together provide much more detail than we have posted here. Throughout all this we found all the employees of the Newton Group Transfers with whom we interacted by email and by phone, to be polite, responsive, informative, and patient with us. We highly recommend this company.

The Newton Group was vital in getting rid of y Mom's timeshare property. Even though we were on different time zones, our representative always returned our calls and emails. There was never a time where I was not aware of what was taking place on our behalf.
