Excellence. That is the only word I can use to describe Newton Group. When we hired them to rid us of our timeshare they made several promises. They kept them all. The corona virus interrupted the process but we are now free of a $700 plus a year payment for something we could never use except in "off" times. Recommend them to make you happy as we are.

Newton Group (NG) just helped me to exit my time share nightmare! I received a letter in the mail from NG that announced presentations in my local area, and I attended. I was influenced by their length of time in business, client success reviews, better business reviews and straight-forward information shared on-site that day, which sounded like an answer to my dilemma. So in November 2019, by faith, I took a chance the day of presentation and paid NG a fee to help me exit the timeshare. Right away NG contacted me and gave me directions on how to get started and I followed through with the paperwork requested. Shortly after I complied, I was told who my legal representatives would be. I was advised to submit all of the required documents in a timely manner, and that the law firm, DC Capital Law, would represent me. DC Capital Law attorneys reached out immediately and addressed my case December 2019. By January 2020, I had spoken with the lead attorney and told I would be contacted approximately every 30-days, unless there was a reason to speak sooner. I was also told that at the point there was a response or proposal from the timeshare, I would be advised of it and had the assurance that the law firm would be working on my behalf and that I would always have the option to say "yes or no" to anything presented... and my attorneys would shed light on the proposal and advise me accordingly. The c-19 pandemic slowed down communications, as timeshare representatives were not always reachable or responsive; however, the attorneys still made contact with me and made good progress just the same. The timeshare rejected the exit request, which really made me nervous and afraid initially. A few months later, the attorney advised me that California's Attorney General had received many complaints around the same issues I cited in my case, and filed a class action suite for only certain years. Since I had upgraded many times prior to this action, my legal team was sure this would be my way out; disappointingly, it was not, as the timeshare said I was NOT a class member due to I had NOT filed an official complaint. Also,the dates in the class action skipped over some years (e.g., 2008,2011,2013,2016), but did not include a range of dates from say, 2008 to 2016. I had upgrades in 2011...possibly even 2014 & 15, but these years were not listed in the lawsuit. I advised my attorney that my goal was to exit the timeshare based on my complaints and experiences and nothing less...class action member or not. I was advised that I could possibly be eligible for a settlement of up to $2,000.00, if proven I was a class member. I rejected that proposal, as I did not wish to remain a member of this timeshare. My attorneys went to work very aggressively, deciding that yes, I was absolutely a part of the class action, as stated earlier, I had upgrades in some of those years that were skipped within the 'range' of years given. My attorneys told the timeshare that my case was going to be presented before the judge and the court would decide my case and they would also request I be refunded all of the money I had ever invested (approx. $30,000 plus over the years). In less than two weeks, my attorneys told me: (1) that I would not get any money as a result of the class action, (2) that I would be released from all three contracts I had upgraded to over previous years, and plus (3) that I would also be released from the current contract I had upgraded to in 2018! EVERY CONTRACTUAL OBLIGATION I EVER HAD with the timeshare resort was TERMINATED and I no longer owed the resort any more money...into perpetuity! DC Capital Law prevailed with a WIN in approximately 10-months!! I am eternally grateful for the diligent negotiations of DC Capital Law attorneys with the timeshare resort on my behalf. I am truly blessed to have been guided to the Newton Group and trusted their process, as in less than a year, SUCCESSFUL RESULTS have manifested! Thank you! Denise C.

I was told up front that it may take over a year to get out of my time share, and it did. I was sent letters from collection agencies with fees for collections and added charges for unpaid maintenance fees.The Newton group asked that any letters I receive from any agencies be sent to them and they would send a Cease and Desist letter which they did. Once that letter went to the collection agency the collections letters stopped. It took a long time ( I was informed of that) yes, it was a lot of money, but at the end of the day, it was money well spent. I was happy that I'm out of my Time Share and happy with the way Newton group acted in my behalf. They are honest and true to their word.

They were realistic is their advice and didn't create expectations which were unrealistic. Then accomplished our goal in much quicker than we expected. they kept us fully informed on the progress in a timely manner. We could not have been better served. Thank you much appreciated.
