We are very satisfied with the Newton Group and the settlement we got with the timeshare company, we did owe a lot of money on points and the maintenance kept going up with big steps every year. They kept us informed periodically, which made us more comfortable. It did take quite awhile to get a settlement but they did finally accept my counteroffer which we feel was very reasonable.

We were very pleased with the process…
We were very pleased with the process of cancelling our Timeshare through Newton Group. Everyone we dealt with at Newton Group was very helpful and professional. They kept us informed as to how the process was going and was always very willing to answer any questions we had. The process didn't take as long as we thought it may have. We would definetly recommend Newton Group to others wanting to cancel their Timeshare.

I highly recommend the New Group!
Customer service was excellent! I was periodically notified in each step of the process which instilled a high level of confidence. Although there are no guarantees, the New Group was honest throughout the whole process and fortunately, I no longer own my timeshare thanks to them.

Met with Newton group rep here in Grand…
Met with Newton group rep here in Grand Rapids, and everything was positive and answered all questions presented. Cost seemed a little high initially, but after discussing further with wife, we decided to proceed. It took some time, especially with the Covid thing, but happy to have exited two time share ownerships.

Beyond Expectations
After researching multiple options my wife and I chose the Newton Group to help cancel our timeshare. During our entry meeting we were told it would probably 12 months or more to get everything done. Three months later we were out of our timeshare. There was excellent communication as we progressed through the steps that were outlined during our first meeting. We had 8 years left on our timeshare contract and ended up saving about 65% of what it would have cost me to just pay the yearly fees. I don't think most clients have success this quick, but we did.
Thank you Newton Group!

An Exit with no Surprises
My reasons to exit my two time shares were that I rarely could book either of them on the dates that I desired. Early on I was assured of a specific week, but over time that benefit went away. Hence, I never even saw the second resort I'd joined. Ownership entitled me to use many of the company's locations. I planned to frequent one in the city in which my daughter lived, but it was always unavailable. No, ironically once I got in. The city was Chicago, and the time was mid-January.
I met with a Newton Group representative who told me exactly what I should expect from hiring their firm. A motivating fact was that upon my death, my child would inherit my Time Share obligations. So, I paid what seemed then like a large fee to exit the two. In the end, he was fairly 'on spot' as to what transpired and the cost was more than fair. Newton was able to quickly get me out of the first contract, but the second had a deed, which made the process continue for years. During that time I did not pay my Time Share fees. Instead I forwarded the bills to the law firm. I feared that would hurt my credit, but it did not. The Newton Group and their affiliate D.C. Capital Law updated me by phone regularly, and I had contacts to use for questions.
I was thrilled to get the call telling me I was finally free of my Time Shares, and all the legal fees were covered in my original payment. In the end, their representative ask me if I had any concerns or questions, and I only had gratitude for their good service.

Everything was handled well
Everything was handled well. I was kept informed all the way. The only problem was that Covid interfered and delayed the procedure.
