We were desperate for help and found the presenter who came to our area was interested in explaining things and seemed to sincerely care as he helped us understand some things that had perplexed us. He reviewed our paperwork carefully, pointing out items we had not fully understood before. Then he very confidently told us how we could proceed. We felt confident and trusted him, so, "signed on the dotted line" and agreed to the fees necessary to get the ball rolling. Communication was available to us at all times and we are both so grateful that this representative came to our area and helped us when we didn't know WHERE to turn for resolution to our issue! I would recommend your company to anyone else who had a similar wish to be out from under a time share.

Like most time share owners looking to be finished with this commitment, we were hesitant to begin the struggle of the exit process. But this process was not a struggle. After reviewing information that came in the mail and after examining the web site, we signed with the Newton Group. We have been very satisfied with the process. From the beginning, every step was clearly explained both verbally and in writing. The financial commitment was straightforward. Periodic calls to update us on the process were most appreciated. And even near the end, we were advised when our exit was close to being final. All the Newton folks were congenial and efficient. We are most satisfied.

The Newton Group was very helpful in getting us out of our timeshare. They were very easy to work with and we didn't have to do too much hard work, they did it all. We chose the transfer title option which may have taken a little longer but in the end it was the best option for us. I would recommend the Newton Group to anyone who is looking to get out of an expensive time share.

Our experience with the Newton Group was a positive one. From the outset we were told that the process could take up to a year. We were fortunate in that the Newton Group found a party to whom we could transfer the timeshare ownership. The case manager, as promised, contacted us on a monthly basis to update us on every step in the process of the transfer. All of the Newton Group staff were courteous and professional and answered our questions in a timely fashion. After six months we are now timeshare free thanks to the Newton Group.

My wife and I were very skeptical and when contacted at first, in fact very skeptical at first, we had been trying to get out for about 10 year, had worked with different firms, the first we paid them $1,400.00, never heard back, total scam, 2nd we paid around $3,600.00, and we heard from them for about a year then nothing, we had given up. Then your company talked to my wife and she convinced me to try one more time and I'm glad we did. They explained to us exactly what to expect, what we would have to pay for their service, that we would still have to pay one more year of "maintenance fee", and it happened exactly they said. We are so glad this is no longer hanging over our heads as well as our future generations. Always professional and once assigned to lawyer, they made sure to update me every six weeks and was responsive to all correspondence. Although it took longer then projected which caused some frustration, the communication keep the frustration to a min and the outcome was exactly what we had hoped for. Would recommend Newton Group to anyone looking for time share help.
