We had a Great experience! They were very up front with us and told us how long the process would be. We were able to completely get out of our timeshare in about 9 months. They even found a lawsuit that the timeshare company was in, which we qualified for, and we got a settlement back. Thank you Newton Group! I will definitely be referring people over!

Despite the good reviews, I was still understandably nervous when choosing the Newton Group, but it was the attention to detail in the initial paperwork that totally gained my confidence. The entire process was completed in a very timely manner, and normal periods of anxiety along the way were put to rest with regular communication. I contacted the Newton Group > 2years ago about getting out of 3 time shares my wife and I had gotten into. They assigned a legal group-"DC Capitol" to handle our properties. The Playa group was fast and easy with no extra costs needed. Hacienda Del Mar took about a year but with no additional costs. Wyndham was a nightmare. They so misrepresented their product I stopped paying my monthly dues and purchase ~ 2 years ago. Because of the arrearage my credit score dropped 100 points. I agreed to a $10,000.00 settlement in November.Paid by cashier's check but Wyndham did nothing until 1 week ago. My credit score went up 60 points this last week. Thank God I'm out of time shares although "Playa" and "Hacienda" were both good experiences.

One of our happiest days was getting the call that we were finally out of our time share!!! We were kept up-to-date in the process and the Newton Group always answered our questions when we called.

The Newton Group successfully got me out of the timeshare that I inherited. It took quite a while, but I don't think that is their fault. They handed the case over to DC Capital Law. DC communicated with me at regular intervals and I never felt forgotten. I had to pay an additional $250 exit fee to the resort, but i did not pay dues for the period I was in negotiation. .
