I started the process less than a year ago. The rep was very clear that process may take longer and there may be a penalty fee from resort. From day one, Newton called me regularly to update me. Other than filling out a few forms, the process was very easy. The issue was resolved with no penalty to me from resort and only fee I paid was the original amount Newtown charged. I was surprising satisfied!
