Great service, good communication

I found the Newton Group by going to a presentation in my town. I thought this company sounded legitimate; still I wanted to do my due diligence. I researched the company on line and found no negative information. I then asked to meet with the owners of the company. I had many questions to ask which I thought were answered honestly. I was leery of giving all of the costs of their services up front and the owners negotiated with me and accepted half of the fees. The rest of the fees were due several weeks after they started work on my case. I could find nothing wrong with their money back guarantee. Newton Group had me released from one time share before the rest of the fees were due. My second time share was more complicated because I owned a high mortgage. I knew this would take some time to resolve, especially because of who the owners were of the time share. I was immediately put in touch with the attorney from the firm that Newton felt would do the best job for me. I was told to immediately stop paying any payments or maintenance fees to the timeshare. This was a very difficult case and I was kept apprised by Newton Group and as well had direct communication with the attorney. It took about three years to resolve my case. I knew everything that was happening on my behalf. The attorneys who worked on this matter were able to negotiate a one time payment to the timeshare which was a mere pittance of what I had owed. I had already save this amount and more from having not paid anything to the time share for three years. As a result of Newton Group's understanding of the timeshare business and their vast experience they were able to place me with the right attorneys to legally end my timeshare ownership and any financial obligation I had with the timeshare owners. I also kept in mind that the fees I paid to Newton Group went to pay the attorney fees. I have had good experience working as a legal secretary for attorneys. I know what they charge for their services. For the amount of work my attorney's did and the time involved I felt that what I paid to Newton Group and what they paid for attorney services was very reasonable. I am completely satisfied with the outcome of my ownership and the fact that the ownership was ended legally. I know that on my own I would never have found the right attorneys to handle this matter nor would I have had the trust that I developed with my attorney's had it not been for the Newton Group. Timeshare owners do not want to end an ownership and they use many stall tactics to not settle. It takes time and perseverance to legally end the ownership, especially in my case with owing such a high mortgage. It was worth the wait and the Newton Group delivered exactly what they promised.

The Newton Group made it so easy for us to rid ourselves from the time share program. It was effortless for us, and they kept us to date one any new notices.

I have been trying to get rid of my timeshares for quite a while. I have had poor experiences with other companies. I was very leery about using the Newton group. But they had a good reputation were very friendly and reassured me they could help me get rid of my timeshare. They kept her word. The expense was within what was discussed. In the long run I no longer paying for something I won’t use. They communicated with me frequently and guide me through the process. I would highly highly recommend them if you are having a timeshare that you want to get out of!

I had 2 timeshares that we needed to dispose of. Newton Group did there do diligence to legally get us out of them. They assigned 2 sets of legal firms in different states because our timeshares were in different states with different laws in each. Therefore it took quite a bit of time for both of them to be resolved. We kept the communication open between both sets of lawyers . We are now free & clear of both timeshares. I would highly recommend the Newton Group.
