Newton group provided me the Law firm which professionally resolved all issues with the timeshare company I had my issues with! They instructed me on what I should expect and a timeframe that it would take to resolve my problem !! They kept the timeshare company from harassing me with phone calls & letters that I had been receiving prior to there involvement !! We had two-time shares that we needed to get rid of. We engaged the Newton Group to handle this for us and they did. Although it took a while because one of the Resorts was very uncooperative, Newton hung there until the job was done keeping us informed every step of the way. We are totally satisfied with their service and would highly recommend them to anyone. Great job Newton Group.

My experience with the Newton Group has been a good one. In the beginning, I thought that the price was a little high, but, it turned out to be worth it. They let me have a discussion with the legal team, who were very efficient and helpful . They answered my emails and phone calls promptly and efficiently. They kept me up to date. With the regular increases in maintenance fees, It will take less than two years to be paid back. I feel that is very good. Overall, I am very pleased with my experience.

I was nervous at first, because in this day and age everybody is trying to swindle people. We took the chance, and Newton group did come thru for us. We had two timeshares. The first went in not to long of time. The second one Took quite quite a while, as we listed it with them just before the Covid 19 started. Everything shut down, The Newton Group kept working, along with the team of lawyers. Now, I am FREE of both timeshares, and never have to pay all the fees again. The Newton Group completely fulfilled its initial promise to us. With their guidance and assistance, we were able to navigate the many hurdles, set forth by our timeshare organization. At the onset of our relationship, Newton Group provided us with a specific list of things to do and documentation to supply for the initial application process. With our having all the documentation to prove we had a clean slate with our timeshare organization, we expected our exit to be quick and painless. And we did receive notification from our timeshare organization that the exit was complete. Then they changed their mind, but because of the knowledge and patience of the Newton Group personnel, it is now finished. What we didn't expect was the vast amount of disconnect within our timeshare organization, the conflicting responses from our timeshare personnel, and all the wait periods that continued to grown, nor the deeds they had supposedly failed to file in their state. This is where the Newton Group consultants cleared the waters and fought our battle for us. Not only were the consultants our counselors in disguise, but they were also quite adept at their methods of dealing with the powers to be in our timeshare organization. They never failed to respond immediately when we had a question or concern and were gracious in doing so. Their level of professionalism was beyond reproach. Thanks to the lessons we have learned and the expertness of the Newton Group, we will never need another timeshare exit representative; however, I wholeheartedly recommend the Newton Group to anyone who does.
