Newton GroupReviews of newtongrouptransfers.com

When we signed agreement with Newton Group wanting to exit our timeshare, we weren't sure it would work out based on our past experience. It ended up we did successfully transfer out our timeshare membership in about five months. During that period, people who works for Newton Group keep communicating with us to collect required document and signature. They are very polite and professional. It is such a pleasant experience. Thanks for your help, Newton Group!

Newton Group Transfers was referred to me by a friend. The company gave me a call to obtain information about my case. They advised me upfront as to what information would be required to proceed in terminating my time share agreement with the resort. Several staff members assisted me by answering questions and giving me feedback promptly. Attorney fees were discussed and a payment plan was established for me. My attorney was located in Washington D.C. I was always informed regarding my appointment with my attorney (Newton Group Transfers selected the attorney) well in advance. If there were any changes in my scheduled appointment, date or time, his legal assistant always notified me ahead of time by telephone and followed up with an email of the change and gave me her telephone number when I could reach her in case I had any questions. The attorney was always prompt on the scheduled phone call and kept me appraised of any issues pending and how he would proceed. He always called at the scheduled time or within 15 minutes of the scheduled time. Resolution of my time share case took a little longer that expected as the resort was slow in responding to my attorney, but it was handled in a very professional manner with results in my favor. I highly recommend Newton Group Transfers to handle your case involving any time share legal issues.

We met a representative from the Newton Group in December 2020 and this December 2021 we received our release of ownership from our timeshare we had with Festiva. We are so thankful. Initially we gathered all of our paperwork regarding our timeshare and got that sent to the Newton group and the process started. Everyone we worked with were very professional and reassuring. We had the option to have a attorney assigned to us for the termination process and we chose that option. Newton covered the attorney fees - the attorney was very reassuring thoughout the process and kept us up-to-date as things progressed. We are so happy we chose the Newton group. We are so relieved to not be timeshare owners anymore. Don't hesitate to call and work with this company - they are completely trustworthy. Glenn and Michelle Jamison

Once in a while I had difficulty contacting representatives, but tey have lives to live and there is a large time differential. Otherwise, excellent service.

As you read my review of the Newton Group and their timeshare exit program, make sure that you mention this review to the Newton Group representative who works you into the exit plan that suits your needs. If allowed, I can furnish you with my sincere assurance that the Newton Group will provide you with the best service you should and could expect. My time share in Mexico turned into a big money pit with no end in site. Things that were promised happened, but at a cost to me that I had not expected and were kind of glossed over so that they would be easy to miss. Tons of paperwork and little items placed through out made them easy to miss until it was too late. Plus the property being in a foreign country made it more difficult to make legal changes. The Newton group came along during a presentation and offered me a way out of the ever increasing cost of maintenance fees and that dreaded special assessment that was sure to pop up in the future. The representative at the presentation was very through and knowledgeable about my time share, but others here in the USA. The initial paperwork was prepared on site and we left feeling assured that the Newton Group would be able to solve the money pit that was facing us every year. Approximately every two weeks we received calls from the Newton Group with updates on the progress of our time share exit plan. Finally the end arrived, and I am free of that beautiful, luxury resort money pit. Thank you Newton group for your help with my very expensive money mistake. DO NOT buy a timeshare, but if you do, let the Newton group assist in your legal timeshare exit. I did, now I am free at last.
