The staff at Newton and the attorneys were always responsive in a timely manner. Our only criticism is the time it took to complete the exit. Whether it was due to Covid or not is something we’ll never know, but the bottom line is that it did get done and we’re very grateful for that.

I received a card in the mail from Newton Group about getting rid of my timeshare. I signed up for a seminar being held 45 minutes away. I drove to a hotel conference room with about 20 other people and signed the check after the pitch. It was a 7 year ROI, but I have been paying on this condo since 2007 and it’s gone up every year! That was the spring of 2019. There were a couple bumps on the road - including the multiple trips to the notary public and sending closing costs for a sale that never happened. They did refund that amount as the sale didn’t go through. I had to pay the annual fee that year. Finally, in 2021, the attorney made a breakthrough! It took another 6-8 months but the transfer went through. I have not paid the annual fee since 2020. Throughout the process, the attorney group maintained regular contact with me. The attorney was always very professional and honest. She always ended each call with the schedule for the next appointment - I didn’t have to follow up with a different person to get scheduled. The attorney also provided a customer portal where I could log in and review the documents associated with my case. The Newton Group made this happen! They picked the legal firm and they set expectations that it may take longer than expected. In the end, all I can say is thank you, I am free!

Not very complicated to work with and good result

Our experience with the Newton Group was a little slow in the beginning with the progress on exiting our contract, but after they got all of our POA for both them and DC Capital the process was satisfactory. We did all of the explanation of why we felt we qualified to be released from our contract. We could have had a little more advice, but we both got thru the process. We were pleased to finally be released from our contract and felt that the Newton Group handled our case professionally. We have health issues and are unable to travel along with not being computer savoy, but we made it. Thanks Again for a successful exit

They handled the matter very well. We had a few delays so not sure who's issue that was. We did finally get everything settled.

Very helpful and above board with fairly good communication throughout, although not as good as we would have liked from the lawyer. But in the end they did what they promised and had no hidden fees. Given the snake oil salesmen who tend to inhabit the timeshare exit industry I would say this is the best you can do. Highly recommend their services.

Finding the Newton Group was a god sent. I had almost given up on getting rid of our timeshare. We had tried other companies that said they would help, results were negative and we were out more money. Then we found The Newton Group. Every person we spoke with was polite and very patient. They took the time to explain every move they made. Yes it cost some money, but they came through in the end. Our attorney and their assistance were also pleasant and patient.
