I purchased a 4250 and it has been a great machine for me. I had some issues with it and Henry has been absolutely amazing. Probably the best customer service I've ever had. He has walked me through the problem and got the machine back up and running. Give Henry a Raise he is awesome!

Spoke with a guy named Henry and Casey and they were both incredibly helpful. Very timely with replying to emails and actually gave me physical phone calls to talk me through my issue.

I have to share my experience with Newstripe. I recently purchased (in the last few months) a 4250 model and it worked fantastic until I screwed up and let it full of paint which was totally on me. I called and spoke with Shawn in sales this week and he got me up and going in a very short time and gave me tips on how to take better care of my equipment. It's spraying like new and now I know how to make sure I don't screw up again. Thanks Shawn!!
