We do indeed charge a $25.00 flat fee for all orders under $500.00, and it is free shipping for everything over $500.00. This has resulted in a huge savings to our customer base since we instituted the policy at the beginning of the year, and we have received tremendous feedback.

Joviean, Thank you for your review. As per our conversation, it does appear that the part was originally delivered and signed for a month ago. However, we overnighted the part again to you just in case you are unable to locate the original shipment. The replacement order was delivered this past Tuesday (2/7/2023). We are not quite sure why your communications never come through, but hopefully you have everything you need to get up and running! Please do not hesitate to reach out if there is anything we can do to be of assistance or if you have any questions. Best regards, Newstripe Customer Service Team
