Tried to call to get acct
Tried to call to get acct. information and of course it's a call center in another country where you can not understand the people your tying to communicate with. Also Capital ONE interest rates are extremely high for good paying customers. Highly advise using local credit unions for credit card use as they treat you more like family.

I do not see how this company has such…
I do not see how this company has such great reviews when they absolutely do nothing for me . I put in a request last month to remove a debt that was not on my credit report anymore the rep I spoke with said someone would be calling me . No phone since last month , I told her I wanted to replace that debt with another debt I did not know was on my report . Still no phone call , called today got some rude lady and all she said was you were suppose to call us . Well that’s not what the other rep said she said someone would call me . All they do is take my payments every month but never call and communicate about anything , I wish I would have taken my business elsewhere. I really hate doing business with people that can not take the time to call you or discuss your account with you , when you call them they act like , I am bothering them .
