I was a bit nervous about debt consolidation but I knew I had to do something to get myself out of debt. I received a mailer from New Start Capital and left an inquiry. Drew Romagnoli was the consultant who reached out and since the first contact communication and customer service has been nothing but amazing. His knowledge and ability to explain the process in such detail eased my mind about making the decision to move forward to financial freedom (eventually) lol I can’t express what a wonderful asset he is to your company. I've spoken with a lot of companies and received no better service than from New Start Capital. Joseph Jacobs was a life saver and saved my wife and I from financial turmoil. Very helpful and takes his time to answer any and all questions. Pleased with the amount of help I received.

This company called start capital is a financial website scam once you login they call you and convince you that they are genuine and can help grow your investment. I paid USD 147.05 to date they have refused to refund me back my money and it’s over two months now. I urge anyone trying to grow their investment with them not too. Dissatisfied customers I spoke with Jim Collins and Georgina Luis. I received emails from Jim Collins and it seems he is using trust pilot for their own gains perhaps you need to investigate the company. i wish i could forward you the emails from them then you will see. if you have an email that i can forward to you all the emails since i can't send it here.

If you happen to get the representative named Joseph ask for another representative. He will bug you night and day. Isn't good at explaining terms and conditions. Made the whole experience horrible. I would try again but since there's a chance I may get him again I will pass.

My counselor’s name is Joseph. He understand’s that life happens. He’s totally nonjudgmental. At the same time I was comfortable that this was his real job. He was thoroughly professional and highly knowledgeable. He helped me understand what was going to happen and how things would turn out if I let my situation get worse. Joseph had insight and apparently analyzed my situation, my personality and my financial health. I didn’t feel pressured and he didn’t keep hounding me on the phone. He gave me enough information where I made my own decision. I was impressed and am eager to change the financial aspects of my life. Nice job, Joseph.
