I have been trying to get a refund from this company for about a week now because I believe the product I received is either not real GLP-1 or most likely watered down because it has no effectiveness. I cancelled a yearly plan and I was promised the remainder of the money I paid would be refunded in 24 to 48 hours and that time has passed still just getting lies and the run around and now they want to charge me an $150 cancellation fee when they never mentioned this before. THIS IS A SCAM DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY BECAUSE YOU CANNOT DEPEND ON THEM AND THEY JUST WANT YOUR MONEY AND DO NOT CARE ABOUT YOUR RESULTS. THEY WILL TRY TO FIND A WAY TO KEEP AS MUCH MONEY AS POSSIBLE FROM YOU FOR AS LONG AS POSSIBLE FROM YOU!! RUN!! STAY AWAY BECAUSE MOST LIKELY YOU WILL BE SORRY LATER!!

This is a SCAM! Received a text message saying I hadn’t completed my order. Funny! I hadn’t even made an inquiry with this company. Then, as I’m attempting to look into this company, they call me on the phone. When trying to find out where/how they got my information, the man became hostile, sarcastic & aggressive. BEWARE!

I attempted to cancel this subscription 7 times and was still charged with no response from the company. Calling was met with repeated hang ups. Terrible customer service. Do not use this company.

Stay far far away! I started to fill out a profile online, but I did not complete it. The next day, they called me at 9:05, and I could not answer because I was at work. Then they called again at 10:00. I answered and told them I was interested but to please call me back at 3:30 when I get off work. They called me at 3:14, 3:16, and 3:18. By that time, I decided they did not deserve my business because they did not honor my request of calling after I got off work. They called again that same day 3:32 and 5:15. The next day, they called at 11:30, 1:00, 4:37, and 5:43, and the day is not over yet. Each time, I blocked their number. Each time, they call from a different number.

I filled out their forms on their website and was approved for their GLP-1 service. Something seemed a little off so I decided not to proceed with their service and I did not give them my credit card information. Ever since, they call me 4 times a day (and I'm not being facetious). They call from a different local number every single time, so I can't even block them. This also means they are spoofing phone numbers to generate sales. Each time I tell them to take me off of their list and I am not interested in their service, yet they call me again the very next day. This is predatory business and I'm very glad I decided not to use them.

I decided to switch from my current provider to New Self to experience lower cost for Tirzepatide. I received my first shipment. UPS rang the doorbell and I retrieved the package immediately. Upon inspection the small package was bulging with small gap openings. When I opened it and stuck my hand into the package it was like sticking my hand into bath water. Because the water was warmer than my skin I assumed the temperature was greater than 100 degrees. Each bottle of the three bottles were individually bubble wrapped but each package was filled with warm water. I contacted New Self and a woman Named Zara sent me a lengthy text telling me that "This is a normal occurrence and does not compromise the integrity of your medication." She then goes on to state that the compound can withstand higher temperatures for 21 days. BUT SHE FAILS TO STATE THE CUT OFF IS 86 F. You can all research for yourselves what temperatures greater than 86F means for you the consumer. You are instructed to discard your medication and contact your pharmacy. I now have a 3 month supply of unusable medication and I am out the money. New Self does not care how their product arrives at your home. Do not take a chance on this company. You could end up with no usable product yet paying for the entire purchase. They have a low standard of customer service and and even lower standard for the delivery of their product to their consumers. I am including photo so you know I am a real customer. Or rather I was before I decided to go back to my prior company.

I want to give it negative stars but it not let me. Worst customer service I have ever dealt with. They take more than 48 hours to respond, take zero accountability for their mistakes and won’t get back to you. It’s hard to talk to anyone. Everything is automated or AI. I specifically asked for my medication to be shipped after a specific date since I would be out of town. They said it would be paused and wouldn’t ship until the requested date and the next day my portal said it shipped. I took proper measures to not have it shipped and they shipped it anyway. Now I’m out almost $700, my glp1 is no good because it sat on my doorstep for a week and I can’t get a response from anyone. The only response I got was that I didn’t stop the shipment in time and I requested it not be shipped before they even approved me. Horrible company, horrible customer service. STAY AWAY.

They selected do not deliver on weekend on my medication shipment so the medicine was not cold when it arrived. I can't get customer service to tell me if it's still okay or not. I have been trying to reach them for days now through their portal. It also will not let me contact the doctor about the issue.
