They are always there to answer any questions that you may have. The major pluses for me is that I don't have to report my food intake and I don't have to report my exercise routines. Once in a while, they ask about my weight loss so far, but that's about it. No pressure, no constant emails! I totally love doing business with them!!

I really enjoy new self. They have made the process really easy. I get my supplies on time and in good condition. I have consistent delivery updates. My supplies are marked correctly and are easy to follow. So far I've lost 16 lb and I'm very happy.
