This was expensive for a one time payment. The last order had B12 in it, however the new order I was sent does not have B12 in it. I do not know why except that this order came from a pharmacy outlet and not the same as last years order.
Response from NewSelfOct 4, 2026

We’d like to review the details and provide clarification, but we need additional information to locate the appropriate account. Easy, fast, efficient process. Conversations with the provider is the only issue. Feels robotic and doesn’t address concerns or issues. I just keep getting sent the same video… never actually answering my question.
Response from NewSelfOct 2, 2026
Thank you for your feedback, Katie. We’re glad you found the process easy, fast, and efficient. We also understand how frustrating it can be when provider conversations feel repetitive and your questions remain unanswered. We appreciate you highlighting this area for improvement and will share your comments with the appropriate team. The NewSelf Team

Pros: 3-month supply minimizes hassle Refills happen fairly seamlessly when the time comes Product is fine Cons: very little info provided in the portal Communication is hard to navigate which seems intentional. I don’t need to know much so it’s not a dealbreaker, but it seems uniquely info sparse
Response from NewSelfOct 2, 2026
Thank you for sharing your experience, Sally. We’re glad the three-month supply and refill process have helped minimize hassle. We also appreciate your candid feedback about the portal and communication experience. Clear, accessible information matters, and your comments highlight an area where NewSelf can improve.
