This company appears to be a complete scam. I had researched them and was going to stay away but after a call from a sales agent I decided to try to move forward. I was told they’d be sending me 1 vile at a time….they send 3. I was told they’d have a money back guarantee if the product doesn’t work….that appears to be made up. The product was sent to me was sent to me hot and when I informed them I was concerned they sent guidelines of temperatures the product would be safe at, I let them know it’s much hotter than that outside. And again the viles were physically hot when received. They then changed the temperature they claimed the viles would be safe at. I’ve asked for replacements to ensure the product was effective but they’ve denied me. Their only customer service appears to just be an AI bot that won’t give you actual answers so you wait around just to have a response that doesn’t answer your questions….dont try to be cheap like I was, spend more money with a reputable company Note: the company replied saying they reached out to me but never did. Again I don’t know that these aren’t just automated responses.

I ordered a prescription in Feb for 3 months at $194 monthly. In May I was charged however I did not have a new prescription. I have been charge for nothing. I called to cancel my subscription and was told I would get a refund and now I cannot get a response via phone or portal. And I have not been refunded the additional charge. Buyer BEWARE….. this is a scam. Medicine didn’t work and they bank on still charging you and being difficult to get your money back. And their response below is BULL CRAP! They have NOT tried to respond and I have told them I do not need to speak to you. I was told I would get my refund so do it! That’s the scam. They send messages they have tried to reach me via phone but they haven’t and blame the time zone when they have the portal but fail to use it.

They are scammers week ago they charged me 250 right away and after that they said I don’t qualify and they are not responding to my request to return my money . Scammers !!!! Stay away they will take your money and never ship your order . Zero respond form customer service I can not believe I let them scam me

New self is a scam. You get one shipment of the tirzepatide a whole bunch of syringes and then you’re charged a second amount of $274 and not a second shipment and then a third amount of $274 will be charged and no shipment with that charge either .So do the math. Whatever that adds up to you get two little vials . And it doesn’t work.

You only shipped me one month's worth of medication, and I paid for 3. I have emailed, called multiple times, and replied through the patient portal. You patient portal will not accept the images, so I even sent them through email. Throughout all of this you have refused to fix the issue. This is a scam. They take your money and then refuse to send the medication that you paid for or allow to even talk to a human to resolve the issue. Moreover, you clearly use ringless voicemail. Because while I get voicemails from your company I never have a missed call.

Never ever use this company as it is in violation of FDA SOPS. The product was sent out on May 28th and not received until June 2nd...that is 6 days. I alerted Newself to let them know the product was unusable as soon as it reaches 86 degrees and it is 105 here. Using it now can make you sick. It can stay out of the fridge for 21 days and do not put it back in the fridge. My business associate was on the research team for Tirzepatide and confirmed not to use this product. This company's right hand doesn't know what the left is doing. I've been constantly bombarded with text messages trying to get me to order when I already did. If that wasn't bad enough, they took it upon their self to charge my credit card for a renewal that I did not authorize! Now I get to go through I refund process. This company is unethical and money grabbing. I highly recommend purchasing from another company.

I requested a refill of neausea medication on 5/15 and again on 5/18. Not only did I never receive a refill, I never received a response. I asked questions about side effects, it took days to get a response and essentially the response was "talk to your PCP". I sent chat messages and continually received a generic response that said "sorry, I'm having trouble processing your request. Try again later". I called the 1-800 number and had a robot tell me to use the chat and have a nice day. I emailed the support email and was told someone (an actual person) would reach out shortly. Almost two hours later and still no call. I cancelled my membership via the portal however it does not show anywhere that the subscription has been cancelled. They charged me the full $1,733 when I signed up and have yet to receive anything regarding a refund. This company is an absolute sham. It's cheap but in this case, you get what you pay for. I'm sure the response to this review will be similar to other responses on this platform; something like "we have no records of this reviewer having an account with us". If only I could attach all the screenshots I took.
