Mark H.
Well for starters, new self is quick and affordable. The one thing I would change is how the insulin bottles are shipped or medicine bottles not the insulin but the little vials are shipped because the ice packs do not last very long in extreme heat. My last shipment was very warm upon receipt. Other than that new self has been a wonderful place to get my medication from very reasonable very affordable and I appreciate everything you do thank you very much

We also appreciate you raising the concern about temperature-controlled packaging during extreme heat. Please contact our support team privately so we can review the shipment details and ensure your concern reaches the appropriate team. The NewSelf Team

This process was easy and I was able to receive my personalized medicine within a week. Having the convenience of chatting to the dr online and checking in is so important to me because I moved to a rural homestead in the countryside where I do not have access to medical care within a 50 mile radius. This has been a life changer and has worked exactly as the doctor has stated it will. I have achieved a weight loss so far of 40lbs and ai gained a pound of muscle. So grateful for this program!
Response from NewSelfSep 3, 2026
Thank you, Brenda, for sharing your experience. We’re delighted that you found the process easy and convenient, especially with limited access to nearby medical care. Congratulations on your progress, and thank you for trusting NewSelf to support you on your journey! The NewSelf Team
