I had recently left a very negative review of services provided from New self on a recent purchase. After being contacted multiple times within 48 hrs by customer service all issues have been resolved promptly and professionally. The misunderstanding and confusion was completely on my end, New Self worked patiently with me and clearly explained all details with order and dosages. Thank you

The prices were good
The prices were good. The services were OK. I wish there was more support as far as like injections amount how to do it where to administer.

Medication arrived in a timely manner
Medication arrived in a timely manner. Customer service representative was very professional and explained things that I was having. Price is reasonable. I am only on my second week but was happy with the first week's result.

I feel great
I feel great. I lost a ton of weight and I'm eating healthier. Only down side is that I wish they shipped the product on Mondays. When they ship a product that's suppose to be cold on Thursday, you won't get it until Monday or Tuesday when the ice pack wears off. Also they send a link where you are to make a video of yourself but the link doesn't work. Other than that, I would definitely recommend the product.
